how to imporve in finalyy output in X & Y aixs instade of can we put 0 to 25 & 25 to 200 % ???

Hi D380013,

Sorry for late reply, i just reached my office when you posted the second last comment. You can put i manually on X-Axis or simply use a combination of INDEX() and MATCH() to bring numerical values from sheet2 to the final chart!!

Hope that helps,

Regards,

Hi d380013,

Thank for feedback. Please note that you need to adjust the following ranges according to maximum and minimum in your data set, I just changed it for you so that you can understand:

[pre]
Code:
-60	A	-25%	R
-30	B	0%	S
0	C	25%	T
30	D	50%	U
60	E	75%	V
100%	W
[/pre]
..Please note that if you add extra categories to this work book you will need to adjust the combination of the two (AR, AS, AT....so on ) in the Sheet "RoughWork" in 11, 12 & 13th row.

Here is the reworked file:

Hope that works!

Regards,
