Formula to change vertical items to horizontal items

Dear Gurus,

Kindly help me with formula to get the format as shown.

Available format

Part no PO Price
aaaa 123 1.2
aaaa 456 3.5
bbbb 555 4.5
ccccc 789 1.9
ccccc 110 1.6
ccccc 222 1.6


Required format

Part no Price1 Price2 Price3
aaaa 1.2 3.5
bbbb 4.5

Many Thanks for the formula.You are awesome.
In case if i need to call the PO number along with price can I get a formula for the same.As I don't know whether the user can ask for the same with PO reference so asking in advance.

One doubt is will the formula wont work if I use the same with you used for price same for PO too?

I asked wont the formula sent earlier the other day on tuesday wont work ? if i copy and paste the same?
I mean the same logic to call price which was used earlier @ same formula??

Both formula uses same logic.

Basically only change is the "k" argument in SMALL function.
Since your table structure is like PO1 - Price1 - PO2-Price2 and so on, so need to create k in SMALL like 1,1,2,2,3,3.... because PO and price are in different column.
