Do You mean that You will activate that 'Vehicle No'?

I will enter vehicle no in cell D11. And then pop up should come.

If its having Vehicle Out Date at Column H, then pop up will not come.

The pop up is arise when move to D column. I want when i enter the specific vehicle no into D Column, it should check that the enter vehicle number having a out date or not. If enter vehicle no having out date, then pop up not required else pop up will come.

Pop should not come until enter vehicle no.

2) Now it checks at once, then You activate a vehicle no cell, is there a out date or not!
3) You really want to write full 'vehicle no' (MH20D9346) and press <ENTER>,
despite there is no a out date?
and after that of course, no matter, if there a out date or not?
4) If there would be something which would bring a out date after entered
'vehicle no' ... but it seems to be empty until manually fill it.

This feature is not only for D11. I want for column D. Whenever i enter full vehicle no and press enter or tab then it should check everytime that is there out date in column H against enter Vehicle No.

I would not be entitile for enter vehicle no untill its having out date. If there is out date, then i would be enter vehicle no.

But how Your previous sentence:

You don't want to enter and You want to enter...

Sir,

My requirement is only that, when i enter vehicle only check the entered vehicled no is having out date or not. Out Date will be enter manually.

If entered vehicle no having out date then there is not pop up come, else pop will come. The Vehicle no is come multiple times.

I think all the confusion is cleared now..
