Automating Excel to open, close, hide and unhide

Forum Dear friends I would like to help me resolve this issue, the same as many seek to have resolved this case in most applications.

Excel an application that automatically open a userform, excel is hidden independently of other open, in the userform there is a way to show to excel and return to hiding userform. When you close the file becomes completely normal prior to excel saved

I've tried a few things but errors occur when testing different ways

I hope I can work and also they can be placed on contributions, as it is useful for all
