Arranging the numbers from Ascending order to descending order and reverse within a cell.

Dear All,
I have prepared worksheet contains numbers as per attached work sheet. Column A gives various numbers in different rows. These numbers have to be arranged in such a way that the highest number should be come then the second highest number and like that. For Eg. Cell A1 contains the number 3215, the Cell B1 should display 1235 and same way C1 should be 5321.
We know Max/ Min and Large / Small can be applied to arrange numbers. But is it possible to take numbers separately from a single cell and arrange by order of precedence if it is more than one. Yellow portion is the question and Green portion will be answer.
How it can be done. Either through macro / formula ?
