Seperate String into Differnet cells

Hi all ,
Please solve my issue . My problem is this that i have a string" MYNAMEISUMESHCHAHAR" , remember this string dont have spaces in between and now i want that this string should get break into different cells like this " MY name is Umesh Chahar". please suggest a suitable way .

Hi Umesh,

How would excel recognize that the string you typed should have spaces?
Where to add spaces there is no clue, one or more thing should be common.

If somehow we manage this by using substitute function then what if we change your name with some other name?

I don't think there is a way, if is there, i am urge to see. (or may i have misunderstood something)

I agree with Khalid. May be a file with sample data and expected results will help the members to understand the issue and offer a solution.
