Data Validation Homework:
Start time is in cell A1. End time is in cell B1.
Set data validation on cell B1 with custom formula:
=IF((B1-A1)*24>=8,(B1-A1)*24,(1-(B1-A1))*24)<15
Then set the Error Alert tab to a warning with the message "The shift is less than 8 hours or longer than 15 hours. Please validate entry."
This will warn the user, but still allow the entry.

Set data validation on cell C8 with option between:
Start Time: =B8
End Time: =B8+8/24
