bullCheat, bto and gut feelings

Random - 2 comments

bullCheat

well, that is not the soundex for bullshit. bullCheat is our (mehra & myself) team name in the ongoing stock market game in our campus.
the game simulates the stock market by taking real time closing prices of 30 shares in bse sensex everyday. we can trade for the day at these fixed prices and the motto is to maximise our returns. we have started trading by blowing 7lakhs in some shares (shares names are not revealed to prevent competitors from knowing our hunches :P)

if you have some stock market wisdom please do share it in comments.

bto
finally the bto course is over. today we had the endterm for this 2 credit course. the exam was very simple. I guess this is the only way to coverup my mistake. with this i will end up with a B grade in the course. not bad considering the fact that i had C in BTo 1.

gut feeling
finally i have started reading “Straight from the gut”. I have barrowed this book from library some 10 days back. till now i was busy with something or other. couple of pages into the book and i already knew that i will have goodtime reading it.

That is all for today.
Goodnight.
