Power BI is quite dynamic. This is why I find it hard to teach it in any specific order. While this lesson plan acts as a guide, feel free to skip lessons or watch them in any other order that you find suitable.

Module 0 – Welcome & important announcements
Duration: 20 mins, please do not skip this
Module 1 – Getting Started with Power BI
Duration: 1.5 hrs
Module 2 – Data management with Power Query
Duration: 1.5 hrs
Note: Watch Lesson 1 and come back for Lesson 2 once you finish Module 3 & 4.

Module 3 – Data Analysis with DAX
Duration: 1.5 hrs

- DAX 101 – continued
- Story telling with Power BI – putting all that DAX to good use
Module 4 – Executive Dashboards with Power BI
Duration: 9 hrs
Notes:
- There are 3 case studies (2 + 1 bonus) in this module.
- Watch one case study at a time. Allow plenty of time to practice the ideas and replicate the steps.
- Feel free to create something on your own from the datasets and share them.
- Revisit the lessons if you have doubts
- Case study 1 & 2 can be viewed in any order. See case study 3 at last.
