What are KPI Dashboards?

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. KPIs are very common in many business settings to keep track of performance. As the name suggests, KPI Dashboards help us visualize various KPIs. The original dashboard (shown below) is designed by Robert Mundigl (of clearlyandsimply.com) for chandoo.org in 2008. In this and next few lessons, we will learn how to create similar dashboard using MS Excel.
