XIRR with cashflow starting on different dates

Hi guys, I hope somebody could help me with this. I put together the attached file with XIRR at the bottom, however I have about 100 more asset cash flows to add to this. My question is how can I key in a XIRR formula that wouldn't require me to manually select the date range targeting when the cash flow starts and ends. I would like a formula that I could drag over and it will automatically calculate the XIRR for the rest of the asset cash flows.

Please HELP :)
