when date condition is met, pull data from one sheet to another

what i want to achieve is,

i have data in Sheet1 with columns i.e. Serial No, Name, ID No, Category, Unit, Amount, Date. I want to pull only those rows to another sheet (Sheet2) whose month in Date Column is January, 2022 only.

How to do it?

I have a transactions data of more than 1000 rows in a sheet. (a) i want to return those rows whose transaction date is between a specific month. (b) i want to return those rows whose transaction date is between two specific dates. I am using Excel 2010. Need help on this. Thanks
