What rule am I missing? INDEX/SMALL Array

Ive developed a dynamic calendar and within each day block has 8 lines to be filled via INDEX/SMALL Array formulas. The first five lines use one, three use the other. The second set is quite the opposite and have maxed out my array formula magic. Each array uses a different sheet. Each sheet info starts at A1. The first array formula is in the 7th row (B7). The second formula is in the 12th (B12).

Without seeing the formulae, we wouldn't have been able to help, anyway. Always best to attach a sample workbook.
