Want to hide used values from the drop down with few conditions

In the Relationship drop down i would require the following values . The restrictions are 1. first "Self" should be selected then either wife or husband should be allowed to choose then rest all relationship to be allowed to choose 2. when selecting son or daughter it should be allowed to select two times each.
No macros please

Wife
Husband
Mother
Father
Father-in-Law
Mother-In-Law
Son
Daughter
