vlookup multiple return possibilities...

I need a formula that will return a lookup value if more than 1 possibility is available... i.e. lookup value 1 and return value in column 2... the lookup array will have several 1's to chk from with different values in column 2... I need it to return a small value from array...

Of the multiple values, do you want to return just the smallest/largest result, or all the results? If all the results, should the results span multiple columns?

Column B is a helper column to get unique clues for lookup.
