Vlookup from another worksheet, matching with column header.

Hi Experts, i have a workbook with 250+ header with data(Name: Details), i have another workbook with some header, i need to get values from "Details" workbook by referring column name. Please give macro

Just well read then you must see an advanced filter can copy data according to headers whatever operating manually​

or by code like you can see in the VBA inner help of the AdvancedFilter method …​
