VLOOKUP: creating "Yes's" and "No's" for "matching" data

Say you have the the data as shown in my attached sample file.
(The coloreds are manual for me to see which ones in the two columns "match." There're a total of "7" matches)

What are my VLOOKUP "steps" to find which ones "match" between these two columns such that the resulting (3rd) columns says "Yes" or "No?"

Perhaps something like this
Hi Azumi,

You helped me learn the "IFERROR." I tried it on this data set. I think most of it's working. But I do seem to notice some columns (those 'compare' ones D, E, and F particularly) where I seem finding some "No's" when they should be "Yes's;" or some "Yes's" when they should be "No's."

Can you double check my "IFERROR" formulas in those columns please and see if they're correct? I can honestly say I don't know where the trouble makers may lie.

If you can shed me some insight, I appreciate it. :)
