VBA Macros For Searching Data Using Form

Hello Master,

I Have problem when i try searching data using form VBA Excel. with condition when we found item in database, worksheet database will autofilter and show the result in form.
but when i running my file, worksheet Database filter based on search data but in form not show the result data and show pop up data not found.
