VBA Macro email out dynamic range and format

Hello

I am trying to edit a macro that emails a range (pivot table that is always going to be dynamic). It starts from cell A8 and I would need it to copy towards the right and then downwards to whereever the data ends. I can't seem to find/adapt a code that does this or input it in the code I am using below, i have tried for a while now and have run out of ideas. The current range is fixed but i can't copy over and paste 300 rows of data realistically in to every email i use this on.

I also need this range to paste in to the email body formatted (i.e. one of the nice table formats rather than a blank table format).

Any help is greatly appreciated. Code is included below.
