vba find mismatches and provide list

i am trying to compare 2 lists that should be exact. however if they are not exact, i want excel to provide a list of the mismatches. how can i do that?

another quick note, the names on the list will not be located in the same row. in other words the order changes. and i cannot change the order.

Have you tried searching using the built-in Google Search .

It is located at the Top right of every page.

This searches the posts at Chandoo.org and the Chandoo.org/Forums.

Then filter this column on FALSE.
