VBA beginner : Msgbox if any duplicates exist

In the below data, only the ones highlighted in Red are duplicates whereas the Green ones aren't duplicate as their statuses are different.

I want a code to check if there are any duplicates in the sheet. If duplicates exist then it should give a message box stating "please remove the duplicates".

The columns to be checked for duplicates are Column C & column F in combination (not individually).

The below data is just a sample.

Names	Product Status
Alan	Returned
Barbara	Returned
Charlie	Sold
Dave	Sold
Alan	Sold
Huzbert	Sold
Barbara	Sold
Inez	Sold
Mark	Sold
Barbara	Sold
Norah	Sold

Without the necessary in initial post like any forum expects for​

I just can tell you can use helper columns and formulas so without the need of VBA​

like you can also directly remove duplicates just using the Excel feature 'remove duplicates' …​
