Hello,

I am working on creating a dashboard to populate top 5 stores, Regions and state based on variables that affecting the volume of the store, region and state. I have prepared the data in data sheet and Dashboard template in Result sheet. Could you help me out on suggestion on populating the Result sheet as per option button(Store,Region, state)in Result sheet.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

Dear Steve, Your data not in order form. You need to restructure data sheet, i notice that their is a "n" number of columns & row blank.
Also explain, what relation between all data. Try to, in one column only one field enter. For example :
In column "A" : "A1" Month & from "A2" Your data.
In column "B" : "B1" Regions & from "B2" Your data.
In column "C" : "C1" State & from "C2" Your data.
In column "D" : "D1" Quantity & from "D2" Your data.
In column "E" : "E1" Price & from "E2" Your data.
In column "F" : "F1" Total Amount & from "F2" Your data.
I have attach one sample dashboard file.
