Please can you help me work with negative numbers.

=DATEDIF(0,A2,"y")&" years " &DATEDIF(0,A2,"ym")&" months "&DATEDIF(0,A2,"md")&" days"

it work for positive and for negative it does not.

Please help me tweak

No for negative it will not. Since earliest date value in Excel is 0.

What is it are you trying to do exactly?

Calculate 'negative' numbers as 'positive' (eg with abs-function)
and later add '-' ... then You would get look like negative results.

=SIGN(A2)*DATEDIF(0,ABS(A2),"y")...
