To return value if cell contains /

Hi All

I would like to know what formula to use to return value if cell contain /? I have tried if(isnumber(search) but was not successful.

Invoice No	Rejected	Processing	Approved (invoice date)	Paid (payment date)
4119009132​			26/3/2020​
4119009131​			26/3/2020​
4119007982​	19/3/2020​

You can use this: CELL("format",A1)
If it is a date the answer will be D1 or D2 etc
So you can use something like:
=If(Left(CELL("format",A1),1)="D",A1, "Not a date")
