Timing of Purchase Formula

Hi all

I needed help on a formula.

In the attached spreadsheet i have in cells c3 to c6 the time when a purchase is intended to be made and in cells d3 to d6 the amount.

In cells from e10 to n13 i want a formula that will pick the time the purchase is intended to be made and put the corresponding amount in that year. For example Plant is expected to be purchased in year 3 so the amount in cell G12 should be 700 based on a flexible formula that in case i change the year in cell d5 to say 4 then the amount of 700 should automatically move to cell h12.
