Tick Mark Labels in Pivot Charts

Does anyone know if there's a way to change just one label on the x-axis of a pivot chart?
And if so, how?

I have 6 labels going across the x-axis: Bob, Sam, Doug, Julia, Ava and Grace. I would like Doug's name to be in red while everyone else is in black, so that when Doug looks at it his eyes will immediately see his name.

Is this possible?
