I would Like to 1st Thank Chandoo for providing a Paramount platform for excel help....and HUI for all the help based on my ITV project the Designing, Flow charts and all the effort and LUKE for the formulas, MACO's and concepts.....All i really would like to says the vast knowledge and skill set is Superlative ....and With the Help today i got the Appreciation from the Higher Management..... and All the Credit goes to U PPL....and for make it work for me......

Good efforts. This meets our requirements where no one can update it with wrong/ duplicate gensets # nor allow to
add/ delete any genset that eliminate possibility of wrong reporting.
Pls update it with gensets current status n start communicating from Monday October 17th, onwards.

We have developed a new ITV format to overcome all difficulties we are facing in tracking and control of Gensets, basically it works as a excel based program by using Macro’s to control Genset movements based on actual APL Genset inventory.
So we want all stake holders to review this before we put this format live for daily ITV report – if require any further clarification or any necessary amendment please contact Saleem Shahzad & Irshad.
COVERING FEATURES:
· Main Genset based Inventory (Password Protected) – So no wrong or duplicate Genset will exist in ITV report
· Checks Genset duplication – so Genset can only be used once at a time no chances of wrong inputs.
· Checks Mismatch from Main Genset Inventory – so only correct Genset number can be tied to any container.
· Automated New 150 Genset Report reflecting from the Main Genset Report (Same Methodology as Main Genset Report)
· Maintain Automated History Record
· Cumulative Summarized Daily/Month/Yearly Report
· Flow Chart Based on Daily/Monthly/Yearly
