sumif with multiple criteria and sums

Please can someone advise how to achieve the following formula - I think a sumif would be the best option, but I may be wrong. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Courier Fees

From 0-10kg, there is a charge of R67.41 ex vat.

Anything over 10kg there is an additional charge of R1.82 per kg over 10.

So for example, a 15kg parcel charge will be:

R67.41 for 10kg

R1.82 per kg for the other 5kg's (R1.82 x 5 = R9.1)

Add those two together (R67.41 + R9.1 = R76.51)

Another one using MAX would be:
=$A$2+MAX(C2-10,0)*$B$2
