SUMIF and other formula

Hi All,


I think I'm making a pigs ear of the excel sheet I'm trying to pull together. I need a formula that sums the area CTS!H3:DO200 if CTS!H2:DO2 = Invoicing Total!C4. I tried to pull together a SUMIF formula but failed miserbly :(


In addition I need a formula that lists the description from CTS!C:C if there is a non zero value in the column where CTS!H2:DO2 = Invoice!D3. If anyone has any ideas how to achieve this I would be really grateful.

Hi xld,


This gives a #Value error. The CTS!H2:DO2 part gives a error, just to be sure I selected it manually and it still didn't work.


Can SUMIF do this?

I found =SUM(INDEX(CTS!$H$3:$DO$200,,MATCH(C4,CTS!$H$2:$DO$2,0))) works a treat. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
