Sum results from index match array

Hello! Hoping someone can help me. I am using an index match array formula that works wonderfully it looks up multiple values on a separate sheet to find the row and also the column and gives me the answer I want. The only hiccup is that there are multiple answers that I want it to sum all the times it finds it. I have tried sum product and have been unsuccessful with getting the formula to sum. Does anybody have any insight on how to get the below formula to also sum all of the results instead of just giving me the first match?
=INDEX('Sheet1'!$BR$76:$CG$852,MATCH($A8&$D9,'Sheet1!$A$76:$A$852&'Sheet1'!$C$76:$C$852,0),MATCH(Summary!Z$3,'Sheet1'!$BR$4:$CG$4,0))

Firstly, Welcome to the Chandoo.org Forums

If you can't work out using Sumifs, I'd suggest posting the file so we can see the data structures
