Would You reread Forum Rules:

You've posted Your thread to VBA Macros ... then You have had a clear idea to get VBA Macros -solution --- then I won't even think to offer any formulas.

What would mean You term
simple?
Normally, it would mean double work!

My previous solution works with Your newer file as well - but the results comes as it You can see from this file - click three times.

Your sample colors ... could figure as those colors ... but to compare color to color would work.
If You have more than 600 rows ... then why You give six rows as a sample?
... and this works even if there would be less than 600 rows.
