Struggling with QTD and Last year YTD

Hi Experts,

I am working with 2019 and 2020 data where I am struggling to find QTD for Oct - Dec 2020 and Last year YTD which is 2019 YTD. Somehow I am able to get values for MTD and 2020 YTD. Client has given some particular formate to find MTD, QTD and YTD. Attached excel for your reference.

Note: My data is coming from data sheet. and Sheet 1 is the given formate from client to calculate QTD and Last year (2019) YTD.
