Hello all,

Good afternoon, can you please help me how to create time over the concentration curve for split specimens (the same specimen was spun/centrifuged and unspun/not centrifuged) ? with absolute concentration and % error.

X axis = time in hours
Y Axis = concentration

Greatly appreciate your help.
Stan

Please, reread Forum Rules - those are for You too
  • Cross-Posting. Generally, it is considered poor practice to cross post. That is to post the same question on several forums in the hope of getting a response quicker.
  • If you do cross-post, please put that in your post.
  • Also if you have cross-posted and get an Solution elsewhere, have the courtesy of posting the Solution here so other readers can learn from the answer also, as well as stopping people wasting their time on your answered question.

Please accept my apologies, this is a new post, I would like to reach out for your help regarding :
addition of control line and how to add Max Allowable Concentration and Max Allowable Error lanes above and below control lanes for a sample.
I definitely appreciate your help.
Thank you all, Stan
