spreading a forecast around

Hi I have a formula question.

I have a forecast of 160 units. 30 in Jan, 25 in Feb,75 in March and 30 in Apr. So far, we've sold 65, or oversold Jan by 35. How can I create a formula that will spread that remaining balance to the other months. Ideally, if I continue to oversell, April would reduce to zero.
