Simple Pivot Table - layout issue

Below is a sample file for which I am unable to figure out pivot table layout.
I tried but due to my lack of Pivot Table experience I am unable to get the desired output. I have attached an excel file reflecting my desired output and the output that I am currently getting. Please assist in getting desired output for this sample data.

See the attached file. There may be a simpler way to do this , but I am not familiar with pivot tables.

However, I would like to know if there are any options to do it through pivot.

@Chihiro , any idea how to implement this solely using the pivot table itself ?

Your method serves the purpose by doing a little bit of changes in the data, and I really appreciate you for coming up with such a fabulous solution. I would never have been to conceive that.
However, seeing that Pivot is known for its adaptability; I would be a bit disappointed if a solution doesn't exist in Pivot exclusively.
