Shipping cost with weight & location

Hi,

Greetings. Hope you're doing well. If anyone please advice on the following problem -

a) Rate Chart (below)
For Document (till 3 kg) rate will be only single amount, i.e. B3-C9. But for parcels (above 3 kg), the rate will be on 'per kg' basis, i.e. D10-F10.



b) Calculation. I did the calculation manually in column 'Amount' below. But how to do this with excel formula, without any error ?
