Series labels for line chart

Hi,

Using Excel 360, I am creating a line chart for unit sales of products 1 to 7 (ie. Prod1, Prod2...) over a time series (months), where the vertical axis (x) is Unit Sales, and y axis is months. I would like each line to have a single label to identify the product in the chart area, much the same way as the years "2011" & "2012" appear in the chart pictured below. All my attempts only end up having each data-point being labelled... can someone explain how to do this?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the reply.

I wrestled with this because everytime I selected the end-point I was right-clicking, which resulted in selecting all the data-points of the series. I was a little confounded by your suggestion of selecting a single "end-point", but figured out I can simply left-click to select a data point. DUH!

Problem solved...though I do feel a little stoopid.

Thanks VLETM!!!
