Selecting Worksheets, Without Specifying Actual Worksheet Name

How do I select worksheets using code that would perhaps...


Select worksheets by where they are, and not what they're actually named?


Or perhaps, how I could I use code to toggle shift LEFT & RIGHT between worksheets without actually specify those worksheets names?
