Search suggestion drop-down list

Hi I am using the Excel 2013

I am allocation to audit person for a location with date, but I filled every time manually filter from "Master Data" sheet for

Main list, Sub-list 1, Sub-list 2

I am trying in "Working" sheet name

1st Match on "A2" (State Name matched, then District Name Show)
E.g.

If I type in A2 is Delhi, I type in B2 as the word "Delhi ", it shows B2 search suggestion drop-down list from "Master Data" Sheet...

Delhi
East Delhi
New Delhi
West Delhi



2nd Match on "A2" and "B2" (State Name and District Name matched, then City Name Show)
E.g.

If I type in A2 is Delhi, If I type in B2 is Delhi, I type in C2 as the word "Delhi ", it shows C2 search suggestion drop-down list from "Master Data" Sheet...

Delhi
New Delhi
