I created the risk heat map as per Chandoo link.

This is good to show current risk but would also like to show current risks and target. I've seen some pics with arrows pointing to the target from the original. is that possible ? instead of using long names I would have to things like R1 to represent risk ID etc. But overall any ideas guys ? I have about 20 risks to plot.
