return defaulters for the year 2007-2008

Dear Sir,


I am suffering with this problem from last 10 years.


Actually what the problem is that, I have a excel data in various sheets like

april,may,june,july,august,september,november,december,jan,feb,mar in various sheets


in this sheets there are columns with tin no. name of the dealer and address and for the

month which the particular tin no. is defaulter.


in this the tin no. which is present in april may be present in may,june, july or may

not be, only if he files the return in the particular month.


Now I need a report that the tin no. present in april sheet, in how many months he

is defaulter.


In simple way I need an abstract report for 12 months that a dealer has not filed

returns for how many months as follows


tin no. name of the dealer with address apr,07 may,07 jun,07 aug,07 sep,07

You could either setup a table of say Month across the top and Tin No Down the side

and then use an Indirect Function to extract data as appropriate


Or you could do a pivot table where you extract the data from several worksheets
