Report creation fo invoices with items

I have an Excel Dataset with in one table a list of invoices, and in another table the list of purchased items, with a link to the invoice for each line. is there a way to create a report that gives me an overview of all open invoices with their purchased items, not using Pivot tables or VBA ?

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.
