i use a same sample data with previous. the different is previous is if condition and current i use a same data but the formula is same but how repeat formula because the data in vertical way. Thank you

Try,

1] In "Balance" G4, formula copied down:

=IF((DAY(B4)=1)+(A4-N(A3)=1)+(B4-N(B3)<0),E4-F4,G3+E4-F4)

2] In "Lead time" H4, formula copied down:

=IF((DAY(B4)=1)+(A4-N(A3)=1)+(B4-N(B3)<0),1,B4-B3)

=N("Text") return 0, e.g., =N("A") return 0

=N(Number) return number, e.g., =N(5) return 5

Adopt it for the purpose of the Testing upper row data "Text or Number?" and for copied down formula used.
