Removing from 3 columns to one

    Hi,

    I have the following question. I have names written in 3 columns. Like in the file I have attached. Now the names are written in B5, C5 and D5. I would like to remove them in B5 only. I have around 200 names written in this way. Thank you!

    just select cells range and hit del key for example …

    That's ok but I want the informstion from the C5 and D5 to be put into B5 and then delete it.

    Something not match with Your 'want'!
    You cannot ... something from C5 and D5 put to into B5 and then delete it!
    Test next:
    Version A:
    1) Select column B
    2) Delete it

    Version B:
    1) Select columns from C to E
    2) Move selected columns one step left
