Removing duplicates with conditions

Hello All,

I need help in removing duplicates with conditions in the attached excel file.

In Column A if text is "Created by Me" and "Created by Moi" with the same ship name and same country in Column C in Column B I need to have the data to be available. (Marked in Green colour)

If the above condition is not met, data needs to be deleted.

Can this be done by a Macro?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I didn't find any country name in col C.
Are u looking for VBA approach or formula!
