remove row labels from pivot via check box

Dears,

please i have more than one pivot for One source that i ask to set a check box let me remove some row labels when mark the box and add them again remove mark, and this option apply for all the pivot that located in this sheet
let's say the column that i want to remove the rows from it called "Team" and contain 25 name
i want to remove 4 names
the attached sheet,

Hi
Use of the macro recorder will give you all the clues to remove and to Add or otherwise modify a Pivot. you then simply have to run these macros when the tock box change event triggers.
My word of caution is, however, that its difficult for you to predict what the users have done to the Pivot layout which will then make your macros unstable. It might be better to code it to drop and re-create the pivot in your 2 formats. good luck
