Hi All,

I was trying to understand the details in the below link:

https://chandoo.org/forum/threads/w...cument-and-removing-3-types-of-property.9435/

I am trying to look for a solution to the below scenario. This is related to MS Word files.

the word files i have are like some policy files with 30+ pages. The requirement is to check that there is no new paragraph (heading or just one line of paragraph) in any page in the end. If it is found you need to hit enter and take them to new paragraph.

likewise, no last line of previous paragraph should be in the beginning of any page. if found, you should try to adjust that the last line ends in previous page itself or the whole paragraph of previous page may be moved to new page.

No changes to contents is required nor changes to page width / length to be changed.

Please help.

Regards,
Prasad DN

Hi Prasad,

In the code link which you've posted, I had fixed glitches in the original code posted by the user. However, a nearly ready code was posted and it is VBA so we could try and fix it. For this sole reason, I am posting in this thread.

Building a code from scratch is different thing altogether. Word's VBA object model differs and there are not many dedicated word forums. Have you posted anywhere else? In case if you don't get response within couple of days then I will suggest you to go ahead and cross-post it where there's dedicated section by following rules such as providing link to where you've already posted.

Alternatively if you have worked out something which doesn't work fully then you can post here as there's lot of VBA expertise on the forum.

PS: I have cleaned codes in the original link as they were altered by the forum upgrade that happened couple of years back! They're now more readable :)
