Has anyone had issues with receiving a purchase receipt for online classes? I love this website and the content sold here but the customer service has been horrid. I have sent at least 4 emails over the last several weeks to the various emails provided by Chandoo for customer service questions and cannot get anyone to send me a purchase receipt for the online course I purchased.
I would appreciate direction from anyone who has had a similar issue and was able to resolve it. Thanks.
