Real Time Feedback on PowerPoint

Hi,

I am trying to build something which can enable me to get real time feedback powerpoint presentation.

I will be sharing a presentation with the key audience and they should have the functionalities to view the responses.

Please note that all the audience using the powerpoint will be using a single server and they will be sitting together.

Please help me with the same.
