Dear Sir,

I am working on excel 2007 I have done so many entries and I get to know its in read only mode how do I update the same in my original sheet, as another user has already updated his entries in original sheet.

Hello Shabbo,
For read only mode one or some of the reasons mentioned below:
1] File might opened by someone
2] file's property set to read-only mode
If both want to enter data then you need to enable "share the workbook" option.
